Our first week of school

We had a fantastic first week of school!

The children were introduced to the routines of the classroom as well as to the Spanish alphabet and numbers. We learned the words: cara, ojos, nariz, orejas, boca, pelo, etc. We talked about how each of us is special in many ways.

The children really enjoyed gluing eyes, mouths, ears and noses onto their puppets and paper faces.  Most of all they enjoyed the company of their new friends and discovering and playing with all the toys new to them inside and outside.
