We are very happy to announce that our Assistant Teacher in the classroom will be Bielka Smith. She comes with experience and a passion to nurture young children's development. She believes in the importance of bilingual education. She is a loving mother to her daughter and son who are bilingual and bicultural due to her efforts of speaking both Spanish and English to them. She loves to travel, dance, make jewelry and other arts and crafts.
She reports that growing up in Nicaragua as the oldest of six children, there were always children all around her. "I want to support them as they explore and learn, and feel the beauty of their development throughout the school year."
