Our first two weeks of school!

We jumped right into learning and fun during our first two weeks of school!

We started learning all about ourselves: our faces (caras), our bodies (cuerpos) and our emotions (emociones). 

We are learning the poem: En mi carita redondita tengo ojos y nariz, y también una boca para hablar y reír. Con mis ojos veo todo, con la nariz hago achís, con la boca como como palomitas de maíz.

Outside the children had a lot of fun exploring the toys, our backyard and the sandbox.

We talked about la letra A/a and words that start with A/a: Ana, Auden, agua, árbol, abeja, araña, avión, ardilla, anillo, etc.
