El tren = train

To finish up our September unit of learning about ourselves, we glued together a puzzle with Spanish vocabulary to take home.

This week outside the children enjoyed drawing with chalk.

The children pretended to be trains with their chairs this week both inside and outside.

We talked about words that start with la letra e, our letter of the week: escuela, elote, espinas, espejo, estufa, estrellas, escoba, etc. We used dot paint markers to fill in an outline of our letter. 

And we played and played and played...
