Our last two weeks

As our school year comes to an end, we've been reflecting about all the fun and learning that took place at our school this year! We're very proud of all our students who have grown and learned so much this year! These past two weeks we learned more about pieces of clothing that we wear at different times of the year. The children had a lot of fun making and decorating bandanas, pañuelos out of white fabric.

 
We also learned about making patterns of colors with snapping blocks: blue, yellow, blue, yellow, etc. or red, green, red, green, etc.

And the children enjoyed each others' company for these last few weeks of school by playing pretend together a lot!

Outside the children really liked playing with the water left over after the rains and experimenting with the different textures of wet and dry sand and mud.
