C​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ómo crecen las plantas? How do plants grow?

We started our unit about plantas y primavera, plants and spring. We "planted" bean seeds (semillas de frijoles) in plastic bags with water soaked cotton balls. We watch every day how our seeds and plants grow (crecen).

We talked about what happens to seeds when they start growing and what plants need to grow: tierra, aire, agua y sol.

We learned about words and names that start with la letra C/c: Cal, Connor, cama, casa, calabaza, cuchara, crecer, cebolla, cebra, cepillo, etc.

The children enjoyed riding on and playing outside and inside with the "new to us" toys that were donated to our school. Muchas gracias por las donaciones!
